In accordance with regulations, the Azienda Agricola Trabucchi cultivates various grape varieties in its vineyards:

Corvina Veronese, this is an indigenous Veronese grape variety. The wine produced via a normal maceration of solid parts is a bright ruby red colour, with a winey aroma and moderate fragrance. The flavour is smooth, pleasant on the palate, moderately structured and altogether well-balanced. The vine has a good resistance to disease and exhibits vigorous growth. It is well suited to calcareous and stoney soil.
Corvinone, the vine is highly resistant to cold in winter, is sensitive to botritis and acid mould, and highly sensitive to downy mildew. It is not particularly affected by drought and prefers a breezy hillside position and stoney soil and therefore finds its ideal habitat on the Trabucchi estate. In the plains and on fertile ground its grapes are of a lower quality because the large berries absorb and retain water. It flowers towards the second or third week of April, matures not long after Corvina and has good resistance to cold.
Rondinella, an indigenous vine, well-suited to the combination of grapes used for Amarone and Recioto with percentages which vary between 10% - 40%. The wine produced from this grape variety is a bright, intense ruby red colour with a delicate fragrance reminiscent of cherries. The flavour is appropriately acidic, tannic and harmonious.
Molinara, this variety produces a light red coloured wine with a delicate fragrance of raspberries, a good degree of acidity and moderate alcohol content. The vine prefers a breezy, mid-hillside, well-exposed position and dry soil.
Dindarella, the wine produced from this vine is a light ruby red colour and slightly aromatic. The partial-drying of the grapes produces good results. Negrara, the wine produced is highly alcoholic, slightly tannic and fruity but subdued in character.
Croatina, produces a dark, ruby-red coloured wine with a delicate fruity and winey fragrance, dry or rounded on the palate and moderately tannic.
Oseleta, the wine produced is an intense ruby red, full-bodied, and moderately tannic, has a fresh acidity, is broadly aromatic and delicately fruity. Rossignola, this indigenous variety produces a light cherry-coloured wine which is fresh and has a light fragrance.
